A full compliance audit is planned and will be carried out during 2025.

Pending this audit, an initial rapid assessment has identified:

Images without appropriate alternative text,
Keyboard navigation to be improved (menus, carousels),
Some insufficient colour contrasts,
Forms requiring better accessibility (labels, error messages),
The current lack of a published multi-year plan and action plan.

Improvements in progress

Les Castels has undertaken the following actions:

Conducting an RGAA 4.1 accessibility audit,
Implementing a multi-year digital accessibility plan and an annual action plan,
Training and raising awareness among web and communication teams,
Gradually updating content and features to correct identified non-conformities.
