As soon as we drive up the drive way towards the house on the first day of our holiday we feel at home.Larger umbrellas outside reception and the little bar to give more shade. We love having coffee in the morning and a drink here in the evening.

The best welcoming team each year. The most relaxing site. An outstanding restaurant. Why go anywhere else!Prolong the season into the autumn, in this beautiful countryside.

We have been visiting this site for over 20years and now our grown up children Brian their children. There is always a warm welcome from the staff, site is immaculately clean and there is everything you could need on siteCan’t think of any negatives apart from maybe more umbrellas at the pool

We love the space, the vast walks. They way the mobiles aren’t crammed together. Love the rustic, easy going charm. Love the staff, seeing a lot of the same people year after year. Love the way the rules are enforced (re speed & noise) which makes a more relaxed experience.A more varied menu in the restaurant. We love eating there but feel the menu is very limited so we tend to go to the restaurant in St Julien more often as they have an amazing menu.
It can be crushing when I speak my (admittedly rusty) French to staff at the bar and they keep responding in English. I spent a year in France 27 years ago. I was completely fluent, which is gone now but I really love being able to practice for 3 weeks a year.
It’s never an issue at reception, shop, small bar or restaurant just the pool/beer garden bar. Not a big deal but a small thing that would improve a stay

LOVELY AND CLEEN ,VERY NICE STAFF ,FOOD VERY GOODVERY UNHAPPY ABOUT OUR PITCH,WE PAID FOR A LARGE PITCH WITH TOILET AND SHOWER ,THE SHOWER WAS VERY SMALL AND FOUND IT DIFFICULT TO CONTROL THE TEMPERATURE.
THE PITCH WAS VERY POOR WHEN THE RAIN CAME AND WOULD NOT DRAIN THE WATER AWAY.I DID ASK FOR SOMETHING TO BE DONE BUT PUTTING SAWDUST DOWN WAS USELESS WE SPENT NEARLY THREE WEEKS IN A VERY MUDDY PITCH ,AND HAD T PACK EVERYTHING AWAY COVERS IN MUD

Huge pitches in a lovely green, leafy setting. All the staff were very helpful and cheerful. Nothing was too much trouble. Clara in particular was great when we had a slight problem with our electric hook up. The facilities were exceptional, all showers, etc spotlessly clean and the swimming pool area was superb. The lake and lagoon areas were very peaceful and beautifully maintained.Can't think of any
